A Photo A Day (August) - Day 1

Oh! Two posts in one day! Get used to that, because instead of doing Dry July, I'm going to join in on FatMumSlim's A Photo A Day challenge for August! I'm going to take a photo a day (duh) using her August challenge list:


It might be just a nice way to get back some "me" time. To do something creative. To think outside the box. To see some beauty in the everyday.

So here is my Day 1 photo - OUTSIDE:




Despite the sunshine, the wind is cold and fierce this morning. The waves are huge and loud.

    1. Thank you so much Erin! What a great take on homeschooling 2e kids! I especially liked this line:

      but they also need to be given the ability to fly with what is easy for them, even if they need to be extensively accommodated to do so

      Exactly!! Schools do not seem to be able to handle 2e kids - they focus on the disability, not the gift. But in homeschooling, we get to know our kids and can provide for them exactly what they need.
